Council Helps Make Mathematics a Magnet to STEM

Differentiated Math Centers is one of three mathematics Scale-Up Programs awarded to educators for the 2019-2020 academic year.

The Iowa Governor’s STEM Advisory Council sought out top mathematics education programs last summer and selected three to help support educators in making mathematics a magnet to STEM study and careers. The programs are now being delivered to nearly 700 Iowa educators for the 2019-2020 academic year.

Summer Scale-Up Professional Development Heats Up in July

What is the STEM Scale-Up Program?

The STEM Scale-Up Program finds some of the state’s and nation’s high-quality programs and delivers them to Iowa educators. Each year, the STEM Council equips thousands of educators with STEM programs that inspire nearly 100,000 Iowa youth.
