STEM Day at the Capitol Shows ROI to Legislators

At STEM Day at the Capitol on February 8, educators and students filled the Capitol Rotunda to share the return on investment (ROI) in STEM Council programs with Iowa legislators.

Programs of Iowa’s STEM Council inspire STEM teaching that gives students the technical and intellectual tools they need to connect what they learn in the classroom with real-world applications. Future Ready Iowa Summit - All Options on the Table

NASA Astronaut Colonel Raja Chari shared future-ready guidance to Iowans at the 2022 Future Ready Iowa Summit in Des Moines.

More than 600 Iowans registered for the 2022 Future Ready Iowa Summit – All Options on the Table to ask and to answer the most challenging questions facing our edu-nomic future.

Fairgoers flooded the Grand Concourse to participate in hands-on STEM activities during STEM Day at the Fair.
